Refund / Returns (Final Sale)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please review sizing, product details, and lead times before checkout.

Made-to-Order Apparel
Apparel is screen-printed to order and ships in 10–14 days. Minor variations in print placement or color within normal production tolerances are not defects.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email mikefogg24@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Items must be unused and returned with all original packaging if a return is authorized.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a carrier marks an order delivered, risk transfers to the customer. For loss/theft after delivery, please file a claim with the carrier. For transit loss (never delivered), contact us—most shipments include insurance and we’ll assist with a claim.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, we can reship for an additional shipping fee. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Limited & Timed Drops
Many products are limited or time-boxed. We do not restock once a drop ends or sells out.

Shipping Policy

Lead times

  • Apparel: Screen-printed to order. Ships in 10–14 days.

  • Prints:

    • 11×14 ships flat in a protective mailer.

    • 18×24 ships rolled in a crush-proof tube (Epson Metallic Photo Paper Luster).

    • Metal prints (e.g., 24×30) ship insured in protective packaging.

  • Sculptures / Domes / Helmets: Professionally packed and insured; allow 5–7 business days to prepare.

Split shipments
Orders with mixed items (e.g., apparel + prints) may ship separately and may have separate tracking numbers.

Rates & carriers
Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on product type, destination, and weight. We ship via USPS/UPS/FedEx (or comparable carriers).

International
Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and vary by destination.
